6:30AM
BIB COLLECTION OPENS
Pick up your race bib from the collection station in the Run Village.
7:15AM
5KM PRE-EVENT WARM UP
All participants to gather at the Marshalling Area and get moving with a fun warm-up session led by our Fitness Partner, BFT Pymble.

5KM EVENT START
The 5km race kicks off — good luck to all our runners!
8:15AM
5KM AWARD PRESENTATION
Join us at the stage to celebrate the top finishers in the 5km event.

2KM PRE-EVENT WARM UP
Shake it out and get race-ready with a quick warm-up for 2km participants led by out Fitness Partner, BFT Pymble.

2KM WALK/RUN START
The 2km event begins — walkers, runners, prams and costumes all welcome!
9:30AM
2KM AWARD PRESENTATION
Gather for the final celebration and awards for our 2km participants.

Whether you're running, walking, cheering or just soaking up the atmosphere, there's something for everyone at the Run Village.
Think BBQ, coffee, cold drinks, ice blocks and a festive, family-friendly vibe.

Grab a classic Sausage Sizzle or Egg and Bacon Roll fresh off the grill, cooked by our amazing volunteers.
COFFEE
Perk up with barista-made coffee from our on-site coffee cart.
COLD DRINKS
Stay cool and hydrated with a selection of refreshing cold drinks.
ICEBLOCKS
Treat yourself (or the kids!) to a free ice block after the run.

YES! The Pymble Fun Run is an extremely kid-friendly event — we love seeing little runners out on the course!
The 2km event is open to all ages and is perfect for younger children, families, and first-time fun runners.
The 5km event is recommended for ages 8 and up, or younger children who are confident and experienced runners.
Please note: All children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at the event.
We’re unable to offer refunds unless you selected Refund Protection at the time of booking.
If you purchased Refund Protection, you may be eligible for a refund in situations such as illness, job loss, pregnancy complications, or mechanical breakdowns that prevent you from attending. Please refer to the Refund Protection terms and conditions for full details on what’s covered.
If you find a lost child or have lost a child please go directly to the PA area. Our team will help you out.
Yes. A dedicated first aid station will be set up in the Run Village, staffed by St John Ambulance volunteers, who are trained and ready to assist if needed.
Your safety is a top priority — don’t hesitate to approach any volunteer if you or someone else needs help.
Your entry fee helps make the Pymble Fun Run possible! It covers essential costs such as road closures, professional timing, race bibs, safety measures, and other event logistics.
Any funds raised beyond the event costs go directly to supporting Pymble Public School through the P&C Association—helping fund educational resources, school improvements, and community initiatives.
The Pymble Fun Run will go ahead rain or shine, so come prepared for all conditions! However, in the case of electrical storms or other severe weather events, the event may be postponed or cancelled for safety reasons.
If this happens, we’ll notify all participants as soon as possible and you’ll be eligible for a ticket refund.
